Delivery

We aim to dispatch physical gift cards and merchandise in stock within 2-5 working days. You will be contacted if it takes more than 5 working days before items can be dispatched from our warehouse in Copenhagen or the UK. Delivery can take from 2 days to 8 weeks depending on the product and destination.

Shipping

We ship with Postnord from our warehouse in Denmark and with Landmark Global from our warehouse in the UK.

Payment

All physical gift cards and merchandise are quoted in DKK, GBP or USD depending on your physical location and are inclusive of 25% VAT.

At FI you can pay with the following payment cards: Visa, Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa electron.

There is no fee for card payment. If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option of refusing a payment when you receive your payment statement. You have no excess in the event of your card being misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.

The data you send with purchases paid for by debit card is encrypted (SSL), so only PBS can read it. Neither FI nor anyone else has the possibility to read this data. The amount for the purchased goods is only deducted when the goods are shipped from FI. The amount that is deducted is never higher than the amount you have approved at the time of purchase.

Complaints on physical goods

As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint, which means that you can either have your items exchanged or your money refunded, depending on the specific situation.

However, the warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Please check your goods as soon as you receive them. You must make a complaint within 14 days of discovering the fault/defect.

All goods are packed securely. If the packaging shows signs that the item may have been damaged in transit, you may choose not to receive it from the freight company. It will then be returned and you will receive a new item as soon as possible.

Expiration date on gift cards

A gift certificate from FI is a certificate issued to the holder, which means that if you lose it, it will not be replaced. It also means that the person in possession of the certificate may use it. You may compare the certificates to banknotes or coins which are not replaced if lost. However, as it is really important for us to provide great customer service, we want you to contact us if you experience issues with your gift certificate. We will investigate the issue and return as soon as possible.

Gift certificates bought from FI will expire one (1) year after the issue date, unless otherwise expressly stated. The issue date is the date money is withdrawn from the customer.

 

Return

We offer a 14-day return policy on physical goods if the item is in the same condition as when received and in its original intact packaging. Once we have accepted the receipt, you can either choose to exchange the item or receive a credit voucher/gift card.

Please note gift cards are non-returnable.

When returning the package, the customer must remember to save their postal receipt, which documents that the item has been returned. We cannot compensate for items lost during the return process. Returns of canceled purchases are at the customer’s expense. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping when returning goods, and the customer must therefore cover the cost of shipping.

FI will refund the amount to the same means of payment as used by the customer in connection with the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly accepted that FI may refund by other means of payment.

If the value of the goods has been significantly reduced due to the handling of the goods in another way than what is necessary to establish the nature of the goods, the properties, and the functionality of the goods, FI will deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction of the value from the refund from FI.

The right of cancellation does not apply to purchases of tickets to a physical event at a specific date unless the arrangement is canceled or moved by Female Invest.
